It’s about looking at your life from various perspectives, broadening your understanding & capacity to be with whatever arises externally and internally.
Assists you in bringing together all aspects of what you are. The mind, body, emotions, soul & spirit.
A safe space to explore & move into greater clarity around your soul calling. And to make decisions aligned with that.
A deeper dive into the inner workings of your beliefs, conditionings & patterns. An unraveling that provides greater access to your inner wisdom & intuition.
Provides an opportunity to see life’s innate cycles. You too have seasons.
To find out what really activates your joy!
An opportunity to discover how wide & deep love actually is. By releasing what is in the way, you open to a richer giving & receiving of love for yourself, within your relationships & as part of life.
An investigation into your current challenges. To see them not as punishment or an error to fix, but as mystical alchemys, catalysts for true change. So, what are you birthing right now?
I have been supporting people with spiritual coaching since 2010. People have found and come to me the old fashion way, word of mouth. However, it feels like the time now to take this online. I do have some limited openings if you feel the call to work with me.
We meet on Zoom for 60 minutes. Beginning with a short meditative centering. Moving then into a discussion of what needs to be explored. Our time concludes with a prayer blessing around the needs at hand.
